The Floodplain Mapper was designed to collect and display the various floodplain levels across Harris County, Texas. To retrieve floodplain elevations, hover/click on a cross section and you will see the floodplain levels for the 10-, 50-, 100-, and 500-year events obtained from the current effective FEMA hydraulic models.
